I was pleasantly surprised by the value for money offered by this hotel. The prices were reasonable considering the quality of the rooms and the facilities provided. Additionally, the staff at this hotel were attentive and provided excellent service throughout my stay. The basic amenities in the rooms, including a double bed and a TV, were of good quality and exceeded my expectations. Lastly, the breakfast offered at this hotel was of great value and provided a satisfying start to each day.

Bit far from main areas of Ruwi - need a taxi to get anywhere. The Gym is nice but no ac makes it hard work.

I would like to raise one issue. One of the main reason that I have selected this hotel over the others that it has free wifi access. When we arrived the staff denied that they offer this service for free and they asked for a charge. After some negotiation they gave two hours for free. Second, in any hotel there is what is called an early breakfast, we were fasting the next day and we asked for an early breakfast as this is a normal request. The staff refused in an unappropriate way which made me very nervous.
